What is an Organization? An Organization in Wapikit is a virtual representation of your business that contains all your contacts, campaigns, conversations, team members, and settings. It’s the foundation of your Wapikit account and the central hub for managing your WhatsApp marketing operations.
Organization Structure Each Organization in Wapikit includes:
Name : Your business or team nameDescription : A brief overview of your organizationLogo : Your company logo that appears in your Wapikit dashboardWebsite URL : Your business website
WhatsApp Business Accounts Connect one or more WhatsApp Business accounts to your Organization to send messages and engage with customers.
Team Members Add team members to your Organization with specific roles and permissions to collaborate on WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement.
Settings Configure organization-wide settings including:
Notification preferences
Default response templates
AI automation settings
Working hours
Integration configurations
Creating an Organization When you first sign up for Wapikit, you’ll be prompted to create an Organization. Follow these steps:
Enter your organization name
Add a brief description (optional)
Upload your organization logo (optional)
Click “Create Organization”
Managing Multiple Organizations If you manage WhatsApp marketing for multiple businesses, you can create and switch between multiple Organizations in Wapikit:
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner
Select “Switch Organization”
Choose an existing Organization or click “Create New Organization”
Organization Settings To access and modify your Organization settings:
Click on “Settings” in the left sidebar
Select “Organization Settings”
Update your Organization information as needed
